| To be short: Daryl is a stellar realtor who gets the job done. We hired her for the first time in 2007, after a referral from my employer Harvard University. We were looking to move up from a condo in Cambridge, MA, to a single family in Needham, MA. She picked the right properties for us to look at, one of which being the place we fell in love with. Within a matter of days we could call the the house ours at a great price. Daryl's strengths as a realtor really shone through a few years later when we decided to move back to Europe. Moving overseas made it important for us to sell our place quickly, a daunting task in the depressed market of that time (2009). Amazingly, Daryl had our place sold within a week! It was the combination of her negotiational skills with her advice on preparation of the house and when to put it on the market that made it happen. Relocating is stressful enough as it is.
